Hu tieu sa te nai
The noodle is big as in the style of Tieu people who come from Tien Chau, Trieu Chau in China. The broth is viscous, has a brown color and good smelling of roasted peanut and sesame. The secret to create this broth is the combination of nearly 20 different spicies such as garlic, onion, ginger, stalks lemon grass, anise, cinnamon, chili, peanut and sesame…. With unique favor which is difficult to find in any simple hu tieu.
Above hu tieu are venison, beef ball (if being order by customers), tomato, cucumber and vegetable. In addition, the diner serves a small bowl of sauce to dip venison.
Because of being processed by a traditional recipe, Hu tieu sa te nai still keeps the original favor of Tieu people. If you cannot eat spicy food, you can talk to the owner to avoid difficulty when enjoying this dish.
